ZMJ, the sub-fund of RMC Properties, focuses on investing in and developing real estate projects in Slovakia and abroad. In addition, the sub-fund invests in companies that carry out the following activities:

• real estate investments
• investments in shares and other forms of participation in companies that own real estate
• property management and the provision of related services
• construction activities
• real estate activities

The investment fund ZMJ SICAV continuously obtains funding from institutional investors. In accordance with the investment strategy of the fund, these investments are subsequently reinvested in new projects that are being implemented in Slovakia and abroad.

Investments in the fund are not associated with any form of return on investment or capital coverage. Therefore, long-term investments are recommended for investors to achieve returns. The shares of the fund, especially its sub-funds, may only be acquired by qualified investors in accordance with the applicable law. The ZMJ SICAV was registered by the Czech National Bank in the list of funds on  May 2, 2017 and is subject to regulations set by the CNB.

The general investment objective of the fund is to secure the capital appreciation above the level of long-term interest rate returns.

The standard investment horizon is three to five years, unless otherwise stated in the statute of the relevant sub-fund. A typical investor in the fund is an accredited investor, as defined by applicable law.

The fund’s capital as of 31.12.2019 is 21 464 133 €
